Your responsibilities:

  • You take a proactive role in creating our hotel cuisine – under the supervision of head chef Matthias Kleber, former manager of the German National Team of Chefs
  • Whether you are working in the rustic Seewirtschaft, in the hotel’s Restaurant Parzival or in the Bistro Seeblick in the Fontane Therme spa: you cook honestly, quickly and with a great deal of care
  • The Resort Mark Brandenburg has a reputation for providing gourmet food from the Ruppin region: local, seasonal produce, freshly prepared – these are values that ring true with you.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • Creativity, a distinguished sense of taste and a love of cooking
  • You are flexible and resilient
  • You are passionate about working with fresh, local produce
  • You treat the ingredients and equipment with respect
  • You enjoy working independently in a happy, dynamic team
