OUR breakfast

If there were a breakfast in paradise, it would almost certainly be a Brandenburg breakfast: crusty bread rolls and flavoursome bread from the Demeter baker, the finest sausages from the hotel butcher, wild boar ham and cheese from the neighbouring Uckermark region. Then there are the fresh egg dishes, cooked to your personal taste, homemade salads and freshly squeezed juices. Would you like a coffee, tea or some warm milk? Coming right up.
