Chef (Trainee position)

You will learn:

  • To process and prepare food
  • To cook dishes
  • To plan and calculate menu sequences
  • To observe hygiene and food preparation regulations
  • To work with modern kitchen technology and equipment
  • Product presentation
  • To advise guests

Your profile:

  • Secondary school leaver’s certificate, “Mittlere Reife” (equivalent to GCSEs) or A-Levels
  • A love of cooking
  • Manual dexterity and creativity
  • A special team spirit and total reliability
  • Good physical condition
