Receptionist (40h or 32h and permanent)
Respectable, charming and outgoing: you are practically made for the reception desk! As the figurehead of the establishment, you are the person who sticks in the mind of our guests. When can we welcome you to our hotel?
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring guests are received in a friendly and attentive way
- You are in charge of check-in and check-out, taking and processing reservations, reception correspondence, as well as the organisation of guest services
- You work in a cheerful, friendly team
- You are the person our guests contact if they have any questions or requests
- Your place of work: our glass lobby with its sweeping views of the Ruppiner See
- You predominantly work in early, day or late shifts
Your profile:
- Completed hotel management training
- Recently qualified applicants are as welcome as old hands
- You radiate positivity and have a well-kept appearance
- Comprehensive German language skills and a good level of English
- You love working with guests and as part of a team
